About the role
As an Account Executive, you own the full sales cycle end to end. You take qualified opportunities and self-generated leads and turn them into closed, high-quality SaaS deals - driving measurable value for customers through our platform.
You are not just running demos or following a script. You are a commercial operator who understands the customer’s business, builds a strong case for change, and ensures that what gets sold delivers real financial and operational impact
The opportunity
We are building a SaaS platform that transforms how companies manage transport flows - bringing transparency, cost control, and sustainability into one system. Our customers use Logivity to optimize logistics performance, reduce emissions, and make better, data-driven decisions.
We are scaling our commercial function to match the ambition of the product. This means a more structured, data-driven, and value-focused sales approach - where clear ROI, strong business cases, and long-term customer outcomes define success.
We are looking for an Account Executive who wants to be at the center of that journey - not just closing deals, but helping shape how we sell and grow.

Who you are
To be successful in this role, you are commercially driven, curious and proactive. You are triggered by taking ownership of growing your pipeline, your deals, and your results. You are structured and driven by outcomes - not activity.
You understand how to sell value, not features, and you are comfortable challenging customers to think differently.
You also combine a hands-on approach with strategic thinking, and you contribute to a team where accountability and collaboration go hand in hand.
Key capabilities & qualifications
To thrive in this role, you need to have:
Strong domain understanding in transport, logistics, or supply chain is highly valued and will be a key differentiator for success in this role.

About the role
As an AI Engineer you own one or several product domains end to end. You take confirmed requirements and prototypes from the Product Owner and turn them into production-quality software - with AI agents doing the heavy lifting on code generation, test writing, and deployment.
You are not a prompt engineer who reviews AI output passively. You are an architect and reviewer who designs the system, sets the standards, and ensures that what ships is correct, secure, and maintainable.
The opportunity
We are rebuilding how software gets built. Our platform helps companies manage digital supply chains - bookings, carrier coordination, live tracking, and customer notifications. It runs at scale, and it needs to grow fast.
We are transforming our engineering organization around agentic development: AI agents assist at every stage of the process, from requirements and prototyping through to coding, testing, deployment and monitoring. The result is a leaner, faster, higher-quality engineering operation.
We are looking for AI Engineers who want to be at the center of that transformation - not as an experiment, but as the new permanent way of working.
Core responsibilities
Product domains
Depending on experience, you will own 1–3 domains. Examples of domains:
Who you are
You take full ownership of what you build and hold yourself to high standards - in code, decisions, and outcomes. You’re hands-on, pragmatic, and driven to solve real problems, not just ship features. You challenge both yourself and others to improve, while contributing to a team where accountability and collaboration go hand in hand.
