In this privacy notice (the “Privacy Notice”) we describe how Logivity AB, a company limited by shares incorporated in Sweden under company registration number 559366-4005, (referred to as “we”, “us” and “our”), process your personal data when you visit our website www.logivity.com (the “Website”).

2. What categories of personal data do we process, for what purpose do we process them and on what lawful basis do we base or processing activities?

We always have a purpose and legal basis for the processing of your personal data. 

We process your personal data in the way and for the purpose described in the sections below, and we are accountable in the role as data controller for the processing activities described under each section.

2.1 In order to provide you with a secure and functioning Website

Retention period: We process and keep anonymized information on how visitors interact with our Website for a period of maximum six (6) months.

We process your personal data in the way and for the purpose described in the sections below, and we are accountable in the role as data controller for the processing activities described under each section.

4. What happens if you do not want to share your personal data with us?

6. Will we transfer your personal data outside of EU/EE?

7. Right to object to direct marketing. You have the right to object to processing which is done for the purpose of direct marketing. If you object to such processing, we will no longer process your data for such purposes.
8. Right to withdraw consent. If our processing of your personal data is based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. Please note that the lawfulness of any processing based on your consent before its withdrawal is not affected by the withdrawal.
9. Right to complain to a supervisory authority. The data protection authority in Sweden is ‘Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten’. If you believe that we have processed your personal data in breach of the law, please contact us in order for us to address your complaint. But you may at any time also file a complaint with Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten.
